SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Yes, although our headquarters is on Oahu, we ship to all outer islands and will deliver to the inter-island carrier for ocean transit to your location. Please note that you will need to make separate arrangements for pick-up or delivery from your port location to final desination.  We will provide all of the required shipping documents to ensure you are able to accept your shipment.  The shipping cost is $95 for orders under $3000.  FREE Shipping on orders over $3000.

Although our headquarters is on Oahu, we ship to the U.S. mainland and will deliver to the ocean carrier for ocean transit to your port location, and we will make arrangements to deliver to your final destination.  The shipping cost depends on the size of the order and will be calculated at checkout.  You should expect a 6-8 week lead time for delivery since the product has to be ocean shipped, and ocean shipments are based on the ocean carrier's departure schedule, followed by overland transit to your final destination. Yes, we provide delivery and assembly services for a flat fee of $150 (only Oahu & Maui residents currently).  We provide free White Glove service (delivery & assembly) on orders $3,000 and greater (only Oahu & Maui Residents currently). We will typically deliver within 2 weeks from the date of order.  You can also pick up your product from our warehouse, located at 850 Iwilei Road, Honolulu, HI 96817.
