Ordering

Where do your products come from?

We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. We have factories located throughout Southeast Asia, and our branded products are manufactured in Vietnam.

Do you have inventory ready to purchase?

We carry the largest selection of indoor and outdoor premium wood furniture in Hawaii. We try to stay fully stocked, but at certain times of the year we may run low on some of our more popular products. Rest assured, we have new inventory coming in every month.

You can pick up the product directly from one of our stores or you can take advantage of our White Glove (delivery & assembly) services.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it unless their is a specific issue as noted in our Terms and Conditions.

Do you provide delivery and assembly services?

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a shipping and/or delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship to all of the Hawaiian Islands?

Yes, although our headquarters is on Oahu, we ship to all outer islands and will deliver to the inter-island carrier for ocean transit to your location. Please note that you will need to make separate arrangements for pick-up or delivery from your port location to final desination.  We will provide all of the required shipping documents to ensure you are able to accept your shipment. 

This applies to all neighbor islands, with the exception of Maui.  For Maui residents, we will pick up your items at Kahului Port, and you can pick the items up directly from our Maui showroom or schedule white glove service. 

Do you ship to the U.S. mainland?

Yes, although our headquarters is on Oahu, we ship to the U.S. mainland and will deliver to the ocean carrier for ocean transit to your port location, and we will make arrangements to deliver to your final destination.  The shipping cost depends on the size of the order and will be calculated at checkout.  You should expect a 6-8 week lead time for delivery since the product has to be ocean shipped, and ocean shipments are based on the ocean carrier's departure schedule, followed by overland transit to your final destination. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, please contact us for additional information.

Warranty

Do you provide a warranty on your products?

Hawaiian Discovery Furniture warrants products for one (1) calendar year after date of purchase. In the event repair does not resolve the defect, the item will be replaced with the same or similar item, based on availability.  Warranty does not cover natural discoloration of wood product, furniture that has been modified structurally or aesthetically by the Buyer, or damage caused by improper maintenance and use.  Buyer may be required to pay the cost of shipping.
