How can we help?

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a shipping and/or delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship to all of the Hawaiian Islands?

Yes, although our headquarters is on Oahu, we ship to all outer islands and will deliver to the inter-island carrier for ocean transit to your location. Please note that you will need to make separate arrangements for pick-up or delivery from your port location to final desination.  We will provide all of the required shipping documents to ensure you are able to accept your shipment. 

This applies to all neighbor islands, with the exception of Maui.  For Maui residents, we will pick up your items at Kahului Port, and you can pick the items up directly from our Maui showroom or schedule white glove service. 

How is Neighbor Island Shipping calculated?

We coordinate with Young Brothers for all neighbor island shipments. Young Brothers charges shipping based on volume.  The base volume for all shipments is 35 cubic feet (whether you have 10 cubic feet to ship or 35 cubic feet, the base charges will always be the same). Shipments larger than 35 cubic feet are charged incrementally based on a volume rate. 

As an example, the shipping charges for a small side table (which might be 4 cubic feet) may cost the same as a large dining table (which might be 25 cubic feet).  We encourage all customers to maximize their total cubic feet allotment, by adding any additional product they would like to purchase. This will help you save on shipping costs.  You will know if your shipment is over 35 cubic, as the shipping cost will increase as you add more product to your cart.  

Do you ship to the U.S. mainland?

Yes, although our headquarters is on Oahu, we ship to the U.S. mainland and will deliver to the ocean carrier for ocean transit to your port location, and we will make arrangements to deliver to your final destination.  The shipping cost depends on the size of the order and will be calculated at checkout.  You should expect a 6-8 week lead time for delivery since the product has to be ocean shipped, and ocean shipments are based on the ocean carrier's departure schedule, followed by overland transit to your final destination. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, please contact us for additional information.

Delivery & Assembly Services

Do you provide delivery and assembly services?

Yes we do! We provide White Glove Service (delivery and assembly) on the island of Oahu and Maui.

We do not offer any White Glove Service on other neighbor islands or the mainland U.S.A at this time.

How much does it cost to deliver and assemble the product?

Our White Glove service cost is $150. For Maui residents, the $150 white glove service fee is in addition to any shipping charges.
