RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase. Most items may be returned within 15 days for a refund—items must be in new, uninstalled condition and in original packaging.

To request a return, contact Customer Service with:

• Order Number

• Item(s) you want to return

• Reason for return

Return Details:

• Customers are responsible for returning the product, including any transport or shipping costs.

• 3% restocking fee applies to all returns (including undelivered or pick-up orders)

• Shipping charges are non-refundable for Neighbor Island deliveries.

• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

MISSED DELIVERIES

If no one is available to receive a scheduled delivery, a re-delivery fee equal to the original delivery cost will apply.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Final-sale or non-returnable items as labeled

• Floor models

• Installed or assembled products

• Items treated with sealant or oil

• Products not in original condition/packaging

DAMAGED GOODS

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard the product or packaging.

You are responsible for returning the damaged item to our warehouse.

If available, we’ll provide a replacement. If not, we will reorder and notify you when it arrives.

WARRANTY

All items are covered for 1 year from purchase. If we can't repair a defect, we’ll replace it with the same or similar item (subject to availability).

Exclusions:

• Normal wood discoloration

• Surface-level or hairline cracks

• Customer-modified products

• Misuse-related damage
